From 2012 - 2017, I worked as a performance coach in professional sports. Every day, these guys would show up to the stadium with the intent on getting their physical body to perform at the absolute highest possible level.

This meant diet, sleep and exercise were on the forefront but we were also pushing the envelope with new technology and the latest science in an effort to gain an edge.

When I left pro sports and entered the normal world, the difference in how a professional athlete took care of their body versus the average person was jarring.

This is a very normal "first time assessment" for someone who comes into our clinic complaining of some sort of chronic pain that no one can figure out.

On average, they are scoring a 35 out of 100.

Usually, our clients are fit. They go to the gym. They exercise consistently but still struggle to get out of pain.

This is because the generally acceptable health habits of even the most "fit" looking people are pitiful when compared to what the body needs to perform at a high level.

Our core philosophy is that a body at peak performance is not a body in pain.

In fact, we have found that a body that can achieve an 80% on this diagnostic is generally not in pain.
